You also made sure to turn the engine to the proper points when you adjusted the valves, right? Each lobe MUST be on the base circle (not in the lift part)
I noticed he is using a roller cam, can this be done for a hydraulic flat tappet cam? I always did the pushrod spin, and seemed to wind up having to tighten them again, but with your method that may not be an issue.
