AFR valve springs 8017 and 8019

AFR 8017 have 1.29" O.D and 0.685 I.D.
AFR 8019 have 1.27" O.D and 0.645 I.D.

Is it possible to use the same retainers, spring cups and valve locks that were used with AFR 8017 springs? Valvetrain is practically new. I also need 0.03" shims with AFR 8019 springs. Any recommendations?

yes, but you will probably have to check the new seat pressures. Necessary info is on your cam card. Any shims I have purchased come as 5 15 30 and 60 thou. On steel heads you do not require cups but cannot use copper shims without a cup. Comp makes steel shims.
