thanks guys for the replys
ok yes i did have brakes befor i started. i also have a vac can. i defenetly thaught i had them too tight. i thaught they would be easyer to adj. i adjusted them wile the car was off. i guess i should do them wile it is running. ok i have a 350 vortec crate. it has an lt4 hot cam whitch has 525 lift on it.i have a gm hi rise manafold with a demmon on top. i have 9.6to 1 commpression. |

Take an old set of covers and cut the tops out of 'em to keep the oil from flying, makes it not quite so messy.

They need to be adjusted while the engine is running.
You can also buy the oil retaining clips in Summit for around ten bucks I think. The clips lock onto the rocker tips and help keep the job less messy. |
