Is this an AfterMarket Cable??

I have been having trouble locating a bracket to mount my TH350 cable to my Carter 9635 carb and Edelbrock 2101 Intake. Aftter many searchs on this topic I have come to the conclusion that I may have an aftermarket cable that was used for improved shift adjustment. Can Anyone tell me if this is an aftermarket cable? And if so what bracket do I need?

about that early. I believe it is the first design.

You need a bracket like the one pictured. I dug this up in my "pile O stuff" here at my home work shop.

Bolts onto 2 intake manifold bolts. The plastic piece slides for adjustment on the bolt.
