Plywood, 2x4s, rubber or isolaters made for the purpose are all good but I would not mount directly to a concrete floor since if you fasten the mounting feet solid with no give at all it will greatly increase the chances of cracking the tank.

Here's a shot of my plywood mount. Notice the blue concrete screws holding the plywood to the floor. Used short lag screws to secure the feet to the plywood.

Doing it this way has worked well and is very fast and easy to do.
