Those links oldred gave you are great compressors! If you have the building already you need to have a licensed electrician (or someone that knows what their doing) determine what service you actually have.
There are a couple different types of 3 phase power. You will either have three phase 480 (which is three legs of 277v each) using two of these together will yield you 460/480. Or you will have 3 phase 208. Three legs of 120v each with two legs equaling 208 (sometimes a high leg is used here and is typically your "B" phase. -- in cases like this you will see 240v on "B" phase and 120 on a,b. Pairing any of the two together will yield you 208 if I remember correctly.
It's best to have the building first and know your service, than to buy a compressor only to find you don't have the power requirements.
If the property is commercial it doesn't always mean that you will have 3ph power.
