Air Compressor Inquiry

Good Day to everyone. I work on a Gasoline station company wherein I'm the assigned maintenance engineer for their Air Compressors throughout our country. We specialize on air compressor troubleshooting and reconditioning.
Recently, I'm having trouble with our reconditioned air compressor due to the reason that oil is pumping out from governor that eventually leads compressor to run without oil. Maybe you could give me suggestion on what could be the possible reasons why oil is pumping out. Is there a problem on its cylinder or pistons? why is it giving too much pressure. Hope you could answer my inquiry.
I have attach a picture for the sample. The model of the air compressor is Champion VR5-8 Reciprocating Type.
Best regards to all

thank you for your reply. the leaking is coming from the PIPE going from governor all the way up to suction intake valve. So everytime I remove the
pipe attached to the governor/unloader part, compressor is blowing oil. No oil
is coming out from the suction/discharge air valves at the top. We already replace the piston rings. I think there is too much pressure on the crankshaft that is why oil is continuously coming out from the governor. but the question is whats the cause of that?

Specialists...hmmmm.

New pistons and rings? Honed when it was done? What was the piston clearance? New bearings on the crank? How many times was it run out of oil? How many hours on the rebuild before is started leaking?

Sounds like the rebuild was a slap job.

Blow-by can be caused by new rings not seating, scratched cylinder walls or the bore being out of round. Did you inspect the walls closely for scratches after honing? It don't take much of a scratch to cause blow by and you will need to gauge the bore to make sure it is not out of round and/or simply worn oversize, what was the reason for the ring replacement? Was it doing this before it was rebuilt?
