Air lift assist spring, is there a donut shaped version?

I've browsed the internet and summit. I am looking for a air lift assist for the front of my 'stang. It has the shock inside the coil spring.

My goal is to be able to lift the car for big speed bumps. I seem to find these at downtown parkades and stupid malls, where they have the speed bump or expansion joint, right at the crest of a ramp or hill.

I don't want to air bag the car, as it's a (summer) daily driver and I like my suspension set up, the way that it is.

If I had a way of lifting the car for speed bumps, it would pretty much eliminate all my issues.

Anyway, if someone knows of a air assist spring with a center knockout for the shcok, that might fit inside the coil, please let me know.

Thanks
