Air Shocks on 80 Elky

Hello,
I just purchased a 1980 El Camino. It had what I believe to be stock air shocks. I don't think they are a high end after market like Monroe or anything like that. My question is what is the max pressure plus or minus I could put into these things? I took a reading and they were currently at 50 psi. I hooked my air compressor to it and added an inch which took 80 psi. I definitely don't wan't to go higher but for my own sanity, I would like to know what is a "safe" or no higher that pressure I could put into these.
Thanks
Darrin

I've had a few sets of air shocks, and the lowest specified maximum pressure for any of them was 100psi. Be sure you don't connect their air supplies together, unless you don't mind extra body roll in turns.

Thanks Jim
Unfortunately they were already connected that way but the pressure advice helps a lot.
