Al Payne

I need help in mounting a 351 EFI Windsor Motor. The original mounts are stripped out in the front holes, and one is cracked out. the motor has only 27000 miles and is in good condition. I remember a trans-adapt plate the mounted across the front of the motor, leaving the back mount holes usable. Is there anything anywhere. I have a 1930 coup with 4-bar sup and cross steering. Also 4" drop superbell.
I also need to know how to set the angle of the motor to match the rear. 4 deg. off horz. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
I hope that this makes some type of sense.
Please call Al @ 303-757-9471 8am to 3pm, leave # and I'll call you back.

Did some checking and Speedway has some mouts the might work...that trans adapt plate may be esy to duplicate..take a pice of door skin (thin plywood) and make a template..there may be a local steel shop that can laser cut one for you if you have a pattern..

Hope you get it fixed..
