Bryan, I think you'd notice a difference going from a 7" single diaphragm to a 7" dual diaphragm. The duals are about an inch deeper, so your master cylinder will be moved out by that much, FYI. They sell for under $100 on ebay. Check out Fatrodder's ebay store.

Thanks for all the great responses! I really appreciate all the advice, tips, and tricks. It gives me something to work with now!

I can't wait to get this truck on the road. I can finish the truck with relatively little $$

The car will have to wait a bit longer. The car will need a big bag of money, before I even start on it... Rockers, floor, rebuilt engine and trans, wiring, chrome, windows, rubber and seals, etc.
