Seems like everytime I log on, all the buttons show up as red x's. Is there some setting in IE that I have to set?

I have that same problem at work, but is o.k. at home.

I think the problem may be a Cache issue. your system has a memory of this website, so even offline some of it may show up for you ( the main pages ) and all of the button images will be stored.. the computer creates a formula of how to load the website, based on what it has cached on that website. If those images dissapear by a system cleanup or somthing, and your computer still has the old formula, then it will not go back to the web to fetch the images again unless it has to... clean the cache ( history, temp files ect... ) and it should work

Lower your security settings in IE.
