Gadzooks! What a gastly flamejob!

Those were just taped out by an ameture using fineline tape just like 98% of other flamejobs. If you look in the knowledge base you will find a how to on basic flames.

HEHEHEH! Yeah HK those are Gastly.

Rubberman, check out the knowledge base on the process. After you know the process, you need to do some drawings to figure out a more artistic way to do the flames or they will look like those on the link. I did sketches for weeks untill I got the flames just like I wanted them to look. Then I superimposed a drawing of the flames over a digital picture of my truck to make sure. Flames, IMO, have to be "fit" to a particular car to look right.

IMHO- the purpose of flames is to make the vehicle look 'hot' (and cool!!) matching the licks to 'flow' with the lines of the vehicle. Look at many jobs, draw many pictures, and if you still feel you need help there is a kit (...I don't personally LIKE kits!!) called 'Bag O Flames' that includes stencils. I think Eastwood sells them. Good Luck.
