Almost from scratch
New guy building a SBC 350 to drop in a 33 Ford coupe project. All I have is a 4 bolt block with some aftermarket pistons, rods, crank. Also have a set of factory built Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads and a TH350 tranny.

Looking for suggestions to round this engine out as a reliable driver with some decent street punch for a light highboy. Maybe a little rumpity rump at idle, but not imperative. Want to stay with carb (s), no FI. Other than that, it can go just about any direction.

If you only wanted to build this ONCE and be done with it, what would you include?
