alternator help

hey guys i have a '72 dodge with a 360 under the hood i recently removed all the wiring and instaled a complete msd ignition i did this because its a mud truck and i figured less wires less shorts but in doing so i removed my alternator fld wires and i dont know how to correctly wire them back i removed my ballast resistor and ignition modual please help i dont want to make brackets for a gm alternator thanx tyler

I would try to locate a diagram, if I remember correctly those had 2 small posts for field wires. Not really sure but I thought the connector that goes on the alternator would only go one way

yeah there is two feild or fld post on the alternator in my diagram (chilton) the green wire goes to the regulator and the red goes to ignition modual but i did away with the ignition module so would i run them to the on off switch?
