alternator wiring
I am trying to fix a 2000 mercury cougar wiring for the alternator they were ripped out by someone else. ive tried to rewire it but i must be doing something wrong. so Im here asking for help i need the wiring diagram with the colors of the wires Igot a schematic from auto zone but it dose not tell the color of the wires , and that I need badly. it is for my preacher an he needs the car badly .

i found my own answer . i went to a ford dealers service desk an asked they took me to a room full of books an pulled down wiring diagrams, it took me an hour to find the right one , but then i got a tech to help me with the diagram , he showed me jus what i was doing wrong....... so ill fix it later this morning , guess sometimes you jus have to find the answer for your self, thanks to those who at least read my post.....
