alternators

need info to convert existing alternator system from external regulator to alt with internal regulator (i have an internal on my bench)
need diagram and or written info
is for 1969 gto v-8 car has external regulator
any help is greatly appreciated

I put a Delco 12si alt in my truck ... I think this alt beats 'em all, but that's just my opinion.
