Aluminum heads?

Well I have finally finished the bottom end of my 383 build.

I now have to choose a set of heads. I have been looking at KMJ, RHS,and Procomp heads,d ue to my budget. I'm not out bracket racing every weekend, Yet! I've never bought aluminum heads, looking for some insight.

I posted here awhile back stateing I wanted to use my Sportsman II heads
64cc 200cc intake runners. A few fellers said that might not be enough for the 383.
Those heads bring the nasty out of my 355. I have decided to leave that engine together since it runs so well.

So I'm on the hunt for aluminum heads, been looking everywhere online. Trying to widdle this down to a good decision.

I'm looking for 64cc chambers, at least 200cc intake runners. Angle plugs.
2.02-1.60 valves at least.

Is one brand better than another?

Seriously, among the biggies like Brodix, Edelbrock, AFR, Dart, RHS, pick which ever one you get the best price on and has the coolest logo on their t-shirt and hat.

Aluminum heads

Sounds like were in the same boat. I to am at this stage on my 454 build, and from what I hear- stay away from procomp. I have not worked with these heads, its just what hear. Im going to pick up a set of brodix heads more money buy I think Ill be better off. I have looked on line at the procomp heads look good, price better, but so bad reviews.
