Sure. It can be made easily on a Brake. Just go to your local fabricator, it should be cheap.
They could also roll your gauge bezels for you.
MOst fabricators like small jobs like this for fill in work. Nice Modeling by the way.
I like to model things out before I do anything as well. Rhino is pretty cool, I do a lot of Inventor and AutoCAD for a this type of stuf at work. I bet you could find an Aluminum texture to map onto your model pretty easily on one of those modeling sites.
