Eagle brand works fairly well. Sadly, I've only gotten good results with a whole lot of elbow grease. Short of getting a buffing wheel on that surface, you may not like the results. Best of luck

I used Eagle for many years, and just happened to try Metal Gloss. WOW! That stuff works and very little work to polish anything. Much easier than Eagle. They also have a 'wax', goes on like water (pink), drys fast and makes things much eaiser to keep clean. My engine is filled with polished aluminum and is always exposed, so water spots WERE a problem, not any more.

Metal Gloss.....

I discovered that stuff several years ago at a rod run or car show or well, especially for aluminum, but can be used on most anything.....follow it up with the Metal Seal product and you are good for months without reapply needed. I too have alot of polished aluminum on the motor and wheels and trim, use this stuff alot.

Metal Gloss

I agree with the others on Metal Gloss. I have an aluminum radiator that I polished myself. It shines like chrome. You can use it for a mirror. I made an aluminum battery holddown and it polished out like chrome, too. I just picked up some more at the Chicago Auto Show. Great stuff. I use it on chrome wheels and stainless, too.

Well I listened to you guys again! I ordered some Metal Gloss and tried it out yesterday. Works very well on both aluminium and stainless. Some rubbing, but not near as much as some other products. Just Wax-on-wax-off!
Thanks again for the advice from this forum.
