Is it always foggy out?

I've got some original windows off my 67' mustang and was wondering if anybody knew how to get the 30 sum'odd years of mineral deposits and weathering off of them. They're really not too bad considering their age and I'd rather clean them up than have to replace them. Any ideas at all? I tried posting this once but got no response. I'm sure someone has tried this before.

If they are really bad use rubbing compound and a buffer, some places sell Cerium oxide that you can also use with a buffer to clean and polish glass. If the inner liner is yellowed or cloudy you haven't many options other than new glass.
