Amazing Craftsmanship

Hey guys/girls!

I don't often discuss exact customers here, but recently Auto Gear got to work on a project with the guys at Coachsmithing in Blair; Wisconsin.

I can't discuss the exact project at the moment, but the reason I'm posting this is to showcase the craftsmanship that still exists in this country. Take a look at their site and hold on to your hats.

Coachsmithing -- Delahaye, Bugatti, Ferrari

Oh heck yes, and at a level most of us can't even imagine, I love this one.
Ferrari - Coachsmithing -- Delahaye, Bugatti, Ferrari

What the heck, I have this 1969 Ferrari 265 GT 2x2 that is rough as a cob I think I'll make myself a 1959 250 GT Pininfarina Coupe Speciale out of it. I know of no one who could have that thought roll thru their skull. Wild, just wild. And going thru those photos of it, very very cool! I dig that project!

Thanks for posting Nate!

Check out their SC8; it is apparently a Buick 263 I-8 engine with a host of modern technology thrown at it; suitable for your Bugatti.

Now, I spoke to one gentleman at Coachbuilding, and he was EXTREMELY approachable and down to earth. Seems like a bunch of car guys with an amazing amount of skill and conceptualization
