American Auto Upholstery?

Well I finally am ready to have the interior on the 3-Window done. I have looked at a lot of local interior shops in the Southern California area. I have spoke to owner of American Auto Upholstery, in Corona and am leaning towards using them. Just a bit nervous because I don't personal know anyone that has used them.

Has anyone on here used them? If so, how was your experience and would you use them again?

Any other shops people would suggest in the area. I am looking for a good honest fair shop. I don't need them to be famous.

Thank in advance for the help!

No one has used them or knows anyone that has used them? I know they have been around for over 30 years and I know they have done some show trucks, but it would be nice to hear from people that know them. Anyone?

you should ask them to give you some names of some of the people they have done work for and contact them to see what you think and how they were treated.

I can do that, but I assume they are going to give me someone that is very happy. I would rather talk to people that used them but are not "references". But it looks like that might be difficult.

Markha. I can't say for sure but ask them if they are familiar with The Golden Nugget. it was a show truck back in the 80's and if they are the same shop that I think they are they did it and the workmanship was high end quaility.
I only know this because I had a radical custom upholstery shop in Binghamton, NY at that time and one of my interiors competed against the Nugget in the I.S.C.A. shows. Good luck

You really need to look at some of their work in person to get an idea what their work is like.
