Analog guages

I'm using a 56 chevy dash in a 36 Ford Coupe. I'd like to use the original speedometer, kinda like a mid to late 50's build. I'm debating this issue over the 120mph limit. Doubt I'll be taking it over the limit at 63, but with about 450 ponies, she could. So the question is, does anyone know of anyone who rebuilds existing analogs and might be capable of re-working the mph's???

Also, anyone out there who has cut a 56 for a 36 or similar who would care to share the process????

Thanks....
