Will require E85 or race gas. Will need long cam to prevent making so much cylinder pressure that you can't keep head gaskets in the motor, in the area of 260 degrees @ 0.050" tappet lift, solid flat tappet or solid roller tappet. Will make power 4000 to 7500, so will need some good parts in the motor. Figured your static compression ratio at 12.73:1. Alternative might be shorter cam with more street-friendly cam timing with copper head gaskets and o-rings. Dynamic compression ratio would be outa-sight.
There must be some roundy-round guys on here that can give you a better answer than I have. Those guys deal with 12.73 and alcohol every Saturday night.
