Here is a place a lot like Harbor Freight. Pretty much the same quality I think. I live about 25 miles from one of their stores, so returns aren't a big deal. They also have a traveling tool sale coming to a town near you, maybe. Anyway cheap tools are what they are, and I thought you guys might like another place to browse.
