Another piston to wall clearance?

How is it measured. My pistons recommend .0025 to .0035 Would this mean a total of .005 to .007 in cylinder dia. to maintain the .0025 to .0035 all the way around the piston?

NO. The piston will be .oo25-.0035. smaller than the finished bore..
