Post Another simple question about firing order.

Hello to all. I recently asked a question about chevy 350 firing order and got the answer I was looking for. Now I just need to know how to apply that firing order to my distributer. Do you go clockwise, counterclockwise, where do you start? I just bought universal plug wires and need to know where to plug them in so I don't cut them too short. Any tips on crimping these things would also be appreciated. Thanks again, you guys are life savers.

Firing order is clockwise. Start with the longest ones first. There is usually a 2 piece tool that comes with the set. You have to put it on a good clean metal surface, like the flat spot on a vice. Align the tools up and hit with a hammer or you have to get a hand crimping tool that is made for the job.
