Hang in there, it'll get there. Likely by the weekend.
Not easy for a low pressure system to push a high pressure system outta the way.
If it's a polar vortex you got, does that mean we have a bi-polar vortex?? LOL!!

This is a good old fashioned Upstate NY winter. Windchills around 10 below and a foot of snow on the ground. Finally my snowmobile is getting some use. Im up to 1500miles this season. Im getting old though, I have a heated helmet now LOL

my son lives in Sonoma, my wife and I are planning to move out there as soon as possible, had enough cold and snow in maine. I can't drive my street rod 6 months out of a year due to cold and bad roads.

the road that my house is on has been one lane for most of this winter
the city came out with a front end loader to clear a path

Seem the north east states are getting all our snow LOL we so far have only had maybe 3 bad storms and not a lot of snow maybe 6 to 10 inches each storm but no warm up to melt it we only have about 8 left on the ground here!
We are right in the snow belt so that is unusual for us to get so little snow! Seems our snow belt has moved this winter LOL

looks like we're not the only ones getting snowed in. we had 40" of snow in the last 10 days. Spring is a long way off. street rod won't be leaving the garage for quite a while. it gives me the time to finish the interior and install a radio, not much else to do this winter.

We have about 18" of snow on the ground right now with Sat - Mon predicted to have another 8-12" on the way. This winter is one of those that we always seem to recall when we were kids. Oh and it will be -8F+/- by tomorrow morning. I'm doing home improvements now with all new doors on the second floor, finally replacing the patched ones that the last owners brats trashed just before we moved in years back. All the car needs this winter is a polish and a front wheel bearing check, clean and lube and I'll be ready to cruise.
