Another tractor pull...
...... However, I didn't get to pull in this one. My wife got sick the night before, so we didn't go to the wedding we were supposed to go to. So I let her get better by leaving her alone. My buddy Fred wound up pulling to yet another 4th place in the 5,500 lb class. This pull was a tad different, though. It was on blacktop, so most of the bigger machines (with nearly the max amount of weight on the eliminator) spun in "John Force" fashion. Enjoy the pics.

They actually used the same eliminator as they did the week earlier at the pull in Halder that I posted about. There was one tractor there that couldn't even move the empty sled to get it moving, so three or 4 guys grabbed the sled to help it along. Only one tractor made a full pull--300+ feet. Last week we left before anybody made a full pull.
