Any and all info on resto 56 corvette needed

Hi gang.I'm going to be restoring a 56 corvette for a customer. It needs a lot of work, but is very savable.I'm looking for any and all info on 56 corvettes. This will be a frame off project.I own a body shop,so I have a good idea of whats going to be involved.I'm just trying to get a head start on the research part of the job.Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
EVIL

Call Pro team Corvettes or Chicago Corvette either one can get you all the info you need. Chicago Corvette is ALLOT easier to deal with.

56 vette resto

Evil,

Been a few years since I did a factory exact resto on old Vettes, but good sources of info was the NCRS people (National Corvette Restorer's Society). Also Noland Adams published a book - if memory serves me correctly, I think Vol 1 was on the 53 to 62 years. Noland was considered an authority on these older Vettes & his book would come in handy in my opinion. You might find one economically on E-bay or other used book sources.

Good Luck
Mike
