Any Good Carburetor Mechanics in So-Cal?

Im looking for a carburetor mechanic in the vicinity of Orange, CA. I've got a 1970 Buick Skylark, 350-2, Automatic, that has a slight hesitation during acceleration, and i havent been able to figure it out after numerous attempts, and i think its a easy fix, but carbs are just not my thing. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

Speak with Eric at Dyno-Motive (owner), he runs the engine dyno cell behind Pro Machine in Anaheim. He's an old timer and a very good carb man. 809 s. Lakeview unit L, (714) 693-1317.
