any ideas on switching a wood cutting bandsaw to metal
I have an old wood cutting bandsaw that I would like to switch over to cut metal up to at least 1/4 inch strap any ideas besides just the blade, like pully sizes or speed?

Mine is an old Delta, Just changed the blade and slowed the speed. Large pulley on machine small pulley on motor.

how big and small did you go mime is a delta also, I got a metal cutting blade and can cut aluminum and guage metal but nothing thicker.
