any info on 520 vortec heads?

I'm trading a cam I'm not using for some heads and I wanted to know if anyone had any info on these. Porting advice, flow numbers, max milling, etc. May upgrade to 1.94 vales, may not.

All I have seen is they are listed as being identical to the 059 casting 305 Vortec head.

Here was a post here that it came up in, but I don't remember what the title was. I do remember that all the good info came from www.nastyz28.com from a post over there. These heads appear to not be that bad, not as good as 350 Vortec but looks like porting could rectify that, there is a slight swirl ramp in them.
