It's moving at top speed for me. Could be a specific slow-loading page?

Posting is always slow for me... I think its because of the redirecting though, which I like, so I dont really mind.

Mine has been slow so I ran Ad Aware and then dumped the temp files and ran Maintaince wizard and defragged. Now good to go again.

No problem over here.

Most of the time it is running at regular speed when I bounce around reading different threads...BUT...when I post a reply it takes a little while to upload. And I'm on hi-speed connection. Just like when I posted this (I came back for an edit) it took 22 seconds to upload the reply. I've compared to other sites and this seems to be the only site that is doing it. And it does not do it on all pages. Okay...editing again...when I uploaded the first edit it took approx 2 seconds. Just the primary reply took a long time.

22 seconds is a bit high, but posting a reply is one of the most resource-intensive tasks on the board.

killerformula 09-29-2004 09:33 AM

I get a bit of lag switching from forums from time to time

tm454 09-29-2004 04:18 PM

What's up??

OK here...no problems if you don't count the War and the elections coming up and it's fall now and I have a lot to do this weekend and only so much time. With that said...OK here!!
