anybody else really like Glasurit?

I think this clear is awesome. The gloss to this clear is simply incredible. Glad to hear the boss say "THIS" is our choice of clear for the restorations. Shines like no other, or so it seems.

Thoughts?

I used it prior to SPI. Possibly still would consider it but not a dealer in sight any longer!! Good stuff.

ya know, after seeing the results of this clear I was asking about the price cause I considered getting it for my car, then the boss told me it's about $700 so I said forget it! Good stuff though.

I've said it before : The first time I used SPI universal clear I thought this is just like Glasurit clear , when I buffed it I swore it was Glasurait in a different can...

I have used several European paints, including Glasurit. Good stuff, pricey, but good. I have not used SPI, but heard all good. I now use Wanda and feel it is a superior product as well, from primers through clear. I love it.

Glasurit

I used SPI Universal Clear on my deck lid and Glasurit Clear on the rest of my car. I can't see a difference and they both are top quality. My local jobber stocks Glasurit but I use SPI because of the price.

best regards

Ron

Your painter probably loves it....So if you want to do a good test put the SPI in the glasurit can ,then when hes done ask him how he like s that glasurit only one problem is the mix ratios might give it away ....it would intresting though and that would be a truely unbiased opinion....
