Ok guys
I've been staring at this for a hour and I still can't figure it out. I've never seen anything like it before . Who knows what it is?

I think it's a version of a centrifugal blower like this Graham-Paige.

But in a Cord or Auburn?

Here is another one.

Located at This discussion on blowers.

This brings back memories. I found one of those blowers at a garage sale I went to when I was a youngin. I remember the house, I remember not having any money, I was 20ish newly married and flat broke. This was an estate sale or something like that, I remember it being a private deal and I knew them somehow is why I was there. I remember a crap load of very cool stuff, I bought some gauges or something, don't remember exactly. But there was a blower like that there.
