I moved back to the Rochester, NY area and was wondering if there are any members in this area? Does anybody have a project that they are currently working on that I can either give a hand or look over your shoulder? I am really looking for someone doing prepping and painting if anybody is around.

Hi Jason,

I live in Geneseo, NY (about 20 minutes south of Marketplace Mall). I have a bunch of projects in many different states of "disrepair". My Garage is wrapping up construction and the projects are diverse - some common, rare, bizarre, but all fun.

You are welcome to help out as much or as little as you want, and feel free to bring friends (if they have the car sickness like you and me!)

Thanks Home Brew... I figure that I have so many different projects at so many different skill levels and in many different states, that there is a little something for everyone!

This is a hobby of mine, but projects include joining 2 sbc together for a '34 ford tudor "street legal driver", restoring (3) 1915 Oldsmobiles where I hope to be making my own cap and rotor for the vehicles this summer, chopping up a '59 jag to hang on the wall of my garage (in the "hard rock cafe" style), upholstery on my 47 olds fastback, or regular maintenance on about a dozen others.

An extra hand is always welcome, but company during the process makes the work enjoyable and fun.
