Anyone ever replace '87 Camaro door hinges

I have a Camaro with saggy hinges on the driver side and the top one is welded to the door. Are the pins on the top hinge replaceable or would the whole hinge be cut from the door?

It's welded to the door but bolted to the car. I asked a parts house and they didn't know if there was a pin kit for the top or not.
