Anyone Have a Competition Plus Diagram?

I am in the process of rebuilding a Hurst Competition Plus shifter for my 69' Vette and I can't determine where several of the washers came from or go to inside.
Trying to get assistance from Hurst is a joke- All they want to do is steer you towards their rebuild service (which I don't need).
The entire mechanism has less than 20 parts total and most of it is self-explanatory but I do have a spare fiber/nylon washer and a wave washer that I can't place (they were floating around inside the assembly but it was so full of gunk, I couldn't determine where they came from when disassembling.

I have to believe SOMEONE out here has an exploded diagram of how this shifter assembly fits together or perhaps has some rebuilding pictures they wouldn't mind sharing?

Any documentation or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Elm

Last Hurst I had that needed rebuilt went back to Hurst.

You say you don't need the service but if you cant figure out how to get it back together then maybe you do.

And something else is you might want to do is invest in a digital camera to take pictures when you decide to tear into the next project.

And on the documentation I have nothing and came up with nothing on a quick search.

I'll see what else I can find.

If only it were that obvious....
Yes, I have a digital camera and yes, I did take photos when I took it apart.
Unfortunately, the assembly was so full of grease and gunk (swap meet item) that when I took it apart, the washers didn't become evident until I started hosing the parts down in parts cleaner.
The fiber/nylon washer is the only part I really should have caught earlier. The wave washer was broken in half so I never had a chance with that item. Everything else is fully documented, cleaned and ready to go- No need to pay Hurst $200 for the information I'm looking for. Worst case, I can buy another $20 swap meet shifter to take apart just to figure out the washer locations and still save a chunk of money.
I have already exhausted the google search as well- That is why I asked here. Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Hurst Shifters

My 1971 Edition Chiltons has a section on Hurst Shifters but does'nt go into the detail I think you're looking for. I have seen Hurst schematics somewhere but at the moment it escapes me. IF I remember I'll get back to you in a P.M.
