Anyone here stuff a v8 into a Pontiac soltice lately?

Anybody here that has done the V8 swap? I know the Soltice GXP with a turbo charged ecotec made its debut, but any just ever wanted or has done the V8 swap other than Hot rod magazine? Ever since i seen the soltice, i couldnt believe how beautiful it was... And it deserved a more cunning engine, my thoughts of coarse. LOL please share your thoughts on this or any other info

Me, no.
There have been many more than Hot Rod mag who have done it. The LS series being the engine of choice.

It's being done commercially. Take a look at http://www.mallettcars.com/solstice-conversion.htm. Also, there might be someone doing one over on LS1tech.com.
