Anyone running the Comp XR286R on street?

Checking what everyones experience has been running the Comp XR286R (248/254 @.050 and .653/.666 on 110) on the street. Im pulling my junk heads in favor of AFR 195's and wanting to run a roller setup to utilize the heads. I called Comp last night and told them what I was aiming for and they suggested the 286....

This is going in a '70 Chevelle with power brakes...What kind of vacuum out of this? Im guessing around 7-10hg? I'll be running a 3000 converter with 3.73 gears, how is the low end? How streetable is this cam or should I look more towards to XR280R (242/248 @.050 and .646/.653 on 110)

Main use of the car is weekly cruise nights with the occasional road trip car cruise (5 or so times a year) and maybe 2 visits to 1/8 mile track, but wanting to hit at least the 500TQ/HP mark just for s$!ts and giggles....

Setup:

388 ci factory 4 bolt block
Eagle cast 3.75 stroke
Eagle H beam 5.7 rods
Forged pistons (changing from KB Hypers to Speed Pro or Mahle)
RPM Air Gap
750 DP
TH400 with Coan 3000

We put this cam in my friends 396BBC prostreet 66 Chevelle.
It runs very good.

For a 3000 stall use the cs 280XR-10 The CS XR286r-10 wants a 3500-4000 stall for max performance. They both drive well on the street and GLH.

Set the valve lash dead cold at .002" tighter than cam card specs.
Shut the hood and forget about it for 5000-10,000 miles.
