Wow Brian, looks good!
My favorite style of art is real looking sketches. Your drawing falls right into that category. If someone could figure out a way to bottle the talent on this board and sell it... |

Reading them now I really see a lot. There is one written by a loner, a pretty odd guy that really hits me now. Tears Locked inside Burning icy cold No one can see them Tears I wonder where that guy is today. I was a real artist back then, check where I signed the Duece, in the lower hood body line. Brian |

If anyone is interested in starting a HRAC (Hot Rodders Art Contest) here is a suggestion for the first contest! I have this ugly *** Henry J that needs customization! If you want to participate just do a rendering of a Henry J similar to the pic! I'm sure a gasser comes to mind immediately. Take it to any limit you want! And have fun! fortypickup Anything goes! This contest is to Bring YOUR talent to the forefront! Great work on the Deuce! Post more please! What happened ? I thought this contest was set up to draw the Henry J, I could pull loads of stuff out and submit without going near a pen or computer. If you want to set up a contest fortypickup, get the guidelines set first and stick by them. |

i agree about the guidelines needing to be set up. I actually pulled out my old economics notebook which became the art book over time as boring class rolled along and made a drawing of Henry J. I have other stuff i could've just thrown on here. I will try to get the quick drawing i did up on here later today.
EDIT: got the pictures up \

. It is obvious to anyone with eyes that function - there are several REAL artists on here. I've noticed that some of the 'regulars' from this forum aren't even submitting their work. That's like leaving Mike Tyson out of a boxing competition. You are not getting a full representation of the artistic community . I did think this was for the Henry J , though.......... too bad mine looks more like a Gremlin! |
