the Fabulous Hudson Hornet

WOW ,I am totally confused, Is it Hot Rods that were built in the 1950s or is it 1950 cars that were made into hot rods after the 1950s. Holy ???? I must be eating to much greasy food cooked in 90 weight . Any way I will pick the Hudson Hornet, It hit the streets in 1948 and sported a 308 cubic inch 6 cylinder and was king of the dirt track for years. What made it so unforgiving was its step in design and center point steering, and of course its power house engine, The only car the gave the hornet any computation of the time was the Olds with the 88 rocket engine,. Straight out on the drag track the Olds would over come the hornet. The Hudson step down lasted until 1954 and then merged with Nash. Witch some folks slang the Hash.... So was the end of the king of the dirt .
Thanks man I was so stressed out I broke I pencil. Signed Lincoln Highway Pencil -less Johnny

Nice work Jony .........what I had in mind were cars of the fifties.....no so much earlier cars that were converted during the fifties. Hope that makes sense.

Did someone say 50's? Some great stuff happening here. Well done, guys.

Teacher confiscated my pencil sharpener, so it's a photograph from me.

I hope you like this...

Great rendition, Dan! I had a red and black '57 Olds years ago. This one reminds me of it. But, this could be a '55, '56 Buick, yes?
