Arcan 3.5 Ton XL35R Floor Jack?

Anybody here have the Arcan 3.5 Ton XL35R Floor Jack? How has it performed? For the money it seems like it can't be beat. It's available at Costco for $100 (including tax) and if it every fails you can return it easily because of Costco's great return policy.

Think I could use this Arcan Jack on a Pebbled Driveway with plywood or sheetmetal?

it has very big /wide front wheels and its a good jack and i dont think you will find one that works better than others in you situation.
but it is very heavy and makes it hard to maneuver in gravel (but i dont know about your course concrete)
