Arp head bolt torque specs

I am putting new heads on my chevy 383 using my existing arp bolts that I don't have the numbers for. I'm using liquid Teflon and am not sure how many ft lbs to torque them to I'm thinking 70-75.....but that's just my guess does anyone have any advice for me?

Why liquid Teflon? Why not install them the way ARP says to:

http://www.arp-bolts.com/pages/techn...allation.shtml

Read where it talks about slicker lubes - and Teflon, I believe, is in that category.
