Asking for a Photoshop favor

My photoshop skills are below a beginner level so this is beyond my skills. This is a friend of mine that does exhibition runs in his nostalgia dragster. This a photo of one of his runs at Charlotte two weeks ago. I would like to photoshop this picture to put his front wheels in the air - nothing radical although that would be cool too - just 6" or so. Want to be able to rib some of his fellow club members.

Anyone have any suggestions on where I would start with something like this. I have some books on Photoshop but they get confusing on selecting objects, layering, etc.

Thanks

OK ... once you get it, let me know .... time permitting, I'll be happy to give it a re-touch play.

I'm not very good at this type of Photoshot manipulation, but I gave it a try for you. Not the best ... but, I guess if it's only a joke, it may do.

All I did was remove the shadows from under the front tires. I selected the tires then inverted the selection so I wouldn't draw on them then used the clone tool to fill in and cover the shadow.
