Assistance On Color Purple...
I am painting my engine bay purple... I would like some ideas of purples... Color codes, pictures, and suggestions in general would be nice. Help me out...

Look up some Chrysler muscle car colors. They used the best purples out there!

House of Kolor has some good shades, watch for too much pink tinge, and also painting over different base coats. Mine is over black, over white was too light and had a different shade. I used a Ford color, Wisteria, from around 1976 IIRC. It's close to plum crazy, probably the most popular purple shade of all time. I have a pic in my journal of a freshly painted part.
