Attention PayPal users - Fraudulent e-mails

I received the following e-mail this morning. This is a FRAUDULENT e-mail. The dispute link asks for complete information on credit card accounts, bank accounts and PIN numbers. I recognized this as a "fishing" attempt and did not provide the info, but I put a 14 day block on the credit card I use for on line purchases and also changed my PayPal password just in case. I also notified PayPal of this.

I wanted you guys to see how legitimate this e-mail looks and how easily someone could be tricked into providing all this important info.

This e-mail looks very legitimate but when put side by side with a real PayPal notice there are distinct differences. If you're a PayPal user, don't be drawn in by this scam.

I got one about a month ago. I don't have an E bay or Paypal account. I notified Paypal and sent them a copy of the letter as they requested.

just forward them to spoof@paypal.com if it's paypal or spoof@ebay.com if it's an ebay message.
