From auto to manual

SOon i will be mating up a 250ci engine to a t-5 manual tranmsission. The engine came out of a automatic car. Stupid question here. What will i need to make it work with the standard transmission??

I have a manual bellhousing, cluthc fork, flywheel , pressure plate, and clutch. What else to i need. I need a pilot bearing right???
